Q: What material are the stands made from?

A: 1¼ 16-gauge American manufactured high-quality steel

Q: How high will my stand sit off the ground?

A: Your hive bottom board will be about 15 inches off the ground -a comfortable height when bending over to work the hives!

Q: How much weight can they hold?

A: Although we haven’t tested them to failure (yet!) We know they will hold 350 lbs without issue.

Q: What type of paint is used?

A: It’s actually not a paint! It’s a heat-finished powder coat for years of outdoor durability.

Q: What colors are available

A: At this time we only offer brown and black stands.

Q: Can I put these directly on the ground?

A: You could - but we recommend placing them on patio stones or a concrete slab for best results.

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We currently offer (FREE!) shipping to the lower 48 states. We do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time due to shipping costs.

Q: Do they hold 8 or 10 frame hives?

A: Both! You’ll have a little more space on the sides of your 8 frame hives.
